1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ingkm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ingkm provides an online service that converts AI-generated audio (from platforms such as Suno or Udio) into musical scores in PDF, MIDI, and MusicXML formats. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
Some features require a Google account sign-in. We do not collect or store passwords. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, or to violate the rights of others. Uploaded content must be lawfully obtained, and you must hold the rights to convert it.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (text, design, code) are the property of FraxGen Inc. (주식회사 프랙젠). You retain rights to content you lawfully upload and to your generated outputs; we do not claim ownership of them.
6. Payments
Credit packs are sold in USD through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Approved refunds return funds to the original payment method; Paddle review and applicable law may affect processing.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Scores are produced by automated transcription and arrangement, so you must review outputs before rehearsal, performance, publication, or other use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FraxGen Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
