How credits are spent
A conversion costs the track length in minutes multiplied by a base rate plus a per-instrument rate, with extras for difficulty adaptation and per-instrument part sheets. Downloading someone else's shared score costs a flat rate.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Approved refunds return funds to the original payment method.
