We collect the Google account email and display name needed for sign-in, contact form submissions you choose to send, and service data needed to process conversions and provide generated outputs.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data to process your uploads, generate scores, communicate with you, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
3. Audio Files and Outputs
Uploaded audio and generated scores are processed to provide the service. We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We do not use uploaded audio to advertise to you.
4. Data Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate the service, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for hosted application data, and Paddle for payments when checkout is enabled. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through our contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
